I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. I am unable to add any suggestions. Military Fasteners is an on time provider. I have never understood why the orders from you company are shipped and arrive in time given to me. Other companies say same day ship or the following day and it takes much much longer for the product to arrive. All I say, Good Job
